This style of accommodation is ideally suited to the traveller staying one or two nights or the guest just needing a place to rest at the end of the day. The motel style accommodation is located at the front of the property and rooms are located either on the ground floor or first floor with access via stairs. All rooms have the following inclusions;

Tea & coffee making facilities with toaster and bar fridge
Iron & Board
Access to Wi-Fi
Air-conditioning (split-system type)
Non-smoking – all rooms have an outdoor area or an area close by for guests wishing to smoke

Car Parking (free) is within a very short walking distance of all rooms

Villas – Fully Self-Contained
This style of accommodation is very popular with travellers and guests requiring a more spacious type of accommodation with the Villas offering a range of layouts and all Villas having kitchen facilities. All Villas are accessed via two or three steps with the Disabled Villa accessed via a ramp. The Villas are clustered throughout the property and surrounded by landscaped gardens and grounds. All Villas have the following inclusions;
Flat screen television and Cable Television – Foxtel Holiday Package
Basic or full kitchen facilities including a microwave, electric fry-pan and an electric or gas stove top
Iron & Board
Most have access to Wi-Fi
Lounge and dining area
Air-conditioning (split-system type) and most with ceiling fans

Rental Villas – Long-term Accommodation
The Colonial Village has an extensive variety of one and two bedroom villas available for a minimum of three or six month periods. These villas are ideally suited to the tenant wishing to live independently with the knowledge of having an onsite / owner manager on the premises and safe and secure place to call home.
By application and by the terms of the Residential Tenancies Act
Self-contained with either private ensuite or separate bathroom and toilet area
Cable television (Foxtel Holiday Package) in some villas
Air-conditioning and or ceiling fans in most villas
Clothes-lines – private or communal
All lawns and gardens are maintained by the Colonial Village Grounds Staff
Access to coin operated washing machines and dryers and iron & board
All linen, towels, crockery, cutlery etc. are to be provided by the tenant
