Long Term Accommodation Villas
Self contained accommodation suitable for 1 to 4 persons depending on type available; all basic furniture provided, private bathroom facilities, phone line rental and Cable TV included in weekly rent, access to communal laundry, air-conditioned and / or ceiling fans and garden shed. All lawns are maintained by the Colonial Village. All linen, towels, crockery & cutlery, cooking utensils are to be provided by the tenant.

Extra linen is available for hire for $12.00 per person
per stay.
Servicing
Any Villa that is occupied longer than a week will be serviced weekly. This includes cleaning the ensuite, vacuuming the unit and replacing any linen if required. The service does not include washing of crockery, etc.
